LEGO 10264 CORNER GARAGE, Creator Set, 100% Complete MINT Set w/Original Box & Manual, RETIRED. Lego releases a Modular Set once a Year.

This one was released in 2019 and retired fairly quickly, so there are Limited Sets out there. It is a corner piece with Lots of FUN features. In the Garage Bay, it has a working Lift. The Garage door also has a wheel which opens and closes garage door.

Other Floors include a Veterinarian Clinic, an Apartment, and a rooftop sun bathing set with Umbrella. It has a Gas Pump and comes with (6) Minifigures, a Blue Tow Truck, a Dog and a Bunny/Fish for Vet Clinic.

Everything has been disassembled except for the Minifigures, and all Doors & Windows. This is to preserve their integrity. There are (6) different number bags, as well as a baggie of extra pieces that Lego always provides, and a brick separator.

This set has been wiped clean during disassembling. Every effort has been made to give you that experience. This set was built only once.
