Built at the Crew Works in 1954 she had an operational life of only 8 years before being withdrawn in December 1962 and sent to Woodham Bothers of Barry for scrap... Thankfully she was rescued and restored, and is in preservation for us all to enjoy, she is currently undertaking an overhaul and will hopefully return to use later this year. The set includes 3 Pullman coaches and an oval of track with siding.
3x R600 standard straight track. 8x R609 3rd radius double curves. 1x R8072 left hand points. 1x R606 2nd radius standard curve. Unopened pack containing detail fittings for locomotive. Additional power link fitting wires. All in excellent condition that I can safely describe as mint, showing no actual sign of use that I can see, and appearing as new condition.I have assembled the track today and ran the locomotive on test, during which it ran beautifully at a range of speeds and in both directions. The track is clean and the fishplates nice and tight. In its original polystyrene inner tray and tissue paper wrapping, with outer box which has just the odd mark here and there from storage.
