Beautiful, Large, complete set of c1890's mottled Victorian fireplace mantle/hearth tile. This set of tiles makes a complete fireplace surround, they can be set up in many ways. The pictured setup, without grout, is approx. 36" tall x 42" wide, with approx.

30" tall X 30" wide opening. They can be set up to fit other sizes too. The tile has a unique, concentric design, with a slightly raised surface. The unique Victorian colorway is glazed in a range of mellow, vintage, aesthetic greens, with hints of brown and taupe. The tiles are marked U.

They were manufactured by the United States Encaustic Tile Company. 6" x 6" square, and all are whole, as none. The tiles have been cleaned and are ready for installation.

E 120+ year old tiles are reclaimed & vintage, they will have the expected, mortar bits / splits / chips / pits/ flea bites / paint / soot, etc... Use expand function to see all details.
